Here is a good to start with because mostly everyone in the world has played these at some time in there life.

My critic is on Final Fantasy 12:

Rating: of

Reason: Love the game, great story line and amazing graphics. The game pulls you in right away with the opening sequence but Square Enix messed up in one factor, free roam. They made it too off spread and almost impossible to coordinate with people on your team. If someone needed healing you had to focus on them while there focusing on the enemy and in the end it would all just repeat itself. Other than that not bad, but definately a fail for Square Enix

I would say my favorites are TF2, L4D series, Final Fantasy, Sonic, DDR, Counter Strike, etc

all i gots a wii, ps2, dsi, and psp. basically the only microsoft "console" i use is the PC. and that's just for solitare and interwebs . but yah, i love music games, RPGs, fighting games, and anything Nintendo. Mario Galaxy 2 is pretty much epic. Final Fantasy IX, X, X-2, and XII are some of my favorite FF's. Dissidia is pretty effin' amazing too. if only it had Freya as a playable character

8's alright. but i don't like squall all that much. too much emo going on there. cloud's not as bad, but i haven't played 7. i'm mostly basing this on the countless spin-offs of FFVII where cloud has voice acting. i missed out on the whole ps1 craze, mostly cuz i'm a nintendo fanboy and had a N64 . i got 9 from a friend and i downloaded 8 to my psp mostly cuz of the intro 8 and 10 have the best intro to any final fantasy. unless, of course, i find that 13's intro is awesome. but alas, i lack a ps3

oh i have no doubt that FF13 is a good game. people have been complaining that it's too linear. personally i don't mind. FFX was pretty linear too, but once you got closer to the end of the game, you had access to the airship and could go back to places you visited. X-2 allows you to go anywhere (for the most part) and you didn't have to do every mission, unless you wanted to get a perfect 100% game. XII is not bad, i like how there's a kind of "auto-battle" option with the gambit system. i actually got that game from a friend as well, she said she didn't like the battle system. Me, i didn't mind the battle system, though i like turn-based rpgs like FFX and Xenosaga a bit more than action turn-based like earlier FF's and most FF's after X.

Same thign with 13 its linear but it has autobattle and once you get far enough to a point its good free roam

i got SS. lugia was the main reason of getting it that and i completely missed out on the GBC pokemon thru the earlier DS Pokemon. i got SS and Platinum.
